I was born in 1942 and am now 82 years old. Until I was recommended to Tracey at Crescent Research, I knew nothing of either my mother or father, despite trying to find out several times in the past without success. All I had was a name on a birth Certificate – and also “Father Unknown”. Within a month, Tracey had not only identified my birth mother but was able to provide photographs and details of my mother’s background, as well as compiling a complete family tree. She also contacted some people who knew my mother well, who were quite happy to share their memories of her. I have also met some members of my distant family. Needless to say, even at this late stage of life, this has meant an awful lot to me and I wish that I had known about Tracey much earlier, as my mother passed away only a few years ago. Crescent Research undertake our annual mortality screening and provide results monthly to enable us to identify deceased members . Tracey also assists in identifying the next of kin of the deceased pension member so that any benefits can be paid to their Estate. We have undertaken several individual and bulk address tracing/cleansing exercises with Crescent Research and results are returned in a timely manner, with an exceptionally high degree of accuracy.
